[mythtv] Strange color problem with playback

Don't know if this is it but this used to be common if an odd
height was used for recording. It should be a multiple of 4 or 8
and the settings screen should enforce this. But, really, you should
only use 480 or 240 for NTSC or 576 or 288 for PAL so that it records
all the scan lines in the field evenly.

Probably not a good choice as this had some limitations and problems.
The latest driver, 7167, apparently has lots of bugs. Poor video
timing and dumbed down overscan were show stoppers for me but there
are other problems that people have reported. 6629 is probably your
best choice.
