[mythtv] [PATCH]Shouldn't MythVideo store filenames relative

That's certainly an option, but why support different frontend values of
VideoStartupDir if it has to be set the same on all frontends?

:-) I think the ability to have multiple video dirs is probably a good
idea, I don't need it at the moment tho.
