[mythtv] nVidia MX4000 + 7167 driver + X.org 6.8.2 = OpenGL errors in mythgallery or mythmusic

Got my GeForce4 MX4000 working on Gentoo, X.org 6.8.2, nVidia 71.67 
driver and compiled MythTV from CVS code. But when I compile either 
mythgallery or mythmusic, both of which can be built with OpenGL 
support, the output from mythfrontend states that the plugins cannot be 
initialized: /usr//lib/mythtv/plugins/libmythgallery.so: undefined 
symbol: _ZN9QGLWidget16setMouseTrackingEb
Unable to initialize plugin 'mythgallery'.

Can anyone give me a hint on what I am doing wrong and why the GL Widget 
error occurs? When I leave out OpenGL support, both of the plugins 
compile and work fine.
