[mythtv] howto create a new plugin

Hi all,

I'm looking on Internet for "media center" linux based software and tool. I'm
trying mythtv and I think it's interesting.
I need to develop new feature for my project, I apreciate modular architecture
based on plugin but I can't find any information on how to create a new plugin.
can you give any help or infos?
