[mythtv] [PATCH] Time Stretch UI stuff

How about a mode switch on the FF/RW keys instead. a menu to allow this mode
change. then should work well from remotes. perhaps need an easy way to
convert between modes but not that I care as I use jump 30+ for skipping
adds so leaving timestretch/tempo on FF/RW keys is ok for me.
also maybe the last tempo setting used should be stored across plays.
also the timeout yes is too long.
there is a DB value which should be used for the timeout just like
everything else in the OSD.
just havent done it yet so this is good.

also since the param change to 35ms, has anyone noticed that music is not as
good as it used to be (artifacts generated like a warbling sound). this
setting however is great for speech which is what I want it for of course.
thus if mythmusic people want to use it, some sort of setting will be
required so that music sounds ok.

cheers
mark
