[mythtv] [PATCH] Updated DVB Radio recording/scanning patch

Hi,

Further to John Pullan's patch of Feb 17th, I've knocked together a few
additions to make recording of radio/other non-video services a bit
cleaner:

1. Force recording to TS recording & not to wait for keyframes if the
service we're recording doesn't have any video PIDs. This allows one to
continue recording PS files should that be what you want (I find they play
cleaner in mplayer, which has a 50/50 chance of picking the Audio
Description audio stream out of a recorded TS)

2. Symlink a recording's thumbnail to a "no video" icon for any recording
which has completed and doesn't contain any video. This prevents the
backend from reading through all radio recordings looking for video
whenever a user looks at the "recorded programs" page on mythweb.

I threw all this together in a patch against the current CVS (+a
novideo.png icon file, which should be stuck in the themes/ directory).
