[mythtv] [PATCH] UK DVB Eit parsing

The attached patch concatenates and re-parses the title and subtitle if
they end/start with "..."

so :
Title :		Dispatches: Confessions of a...
SubTitle :	...Parking Attendant

becomes

Title :		Dispatches
SubTitle :	Confessions of a Parking Attendant
