[mythtv] mythfrontend setup works in 0.17 - not in 2/28 cvs

The graphical DB setup is currently disabled in CVS, needs to be adjusted
for the new DB stuff.

If you have a working mysql.txt file from 0.17 it should work without
problems. Where exactly are you putting the DB info?
