[mythtv] DVB lock up - mythtv unusable

I have to agree that it is a little annoying to get stuck in the
frozen blank screen. I normally frantically hit the esc key on my
keyboard and I eventually get out, but a screen that states that we
couldn't get any data after say 10 (or some configurable amount of)
seconds would be a major improvement IMO.

That said, I am going to watch the recordings my baby did for me while
I was busy tonight. Bless my Myth box :P
