[mythtv] Compiler Tuning Flags

Nope, no crashes since the upgrade.  Granted, your code change could have 
fixed it as well, or it could have been a little of both.  I do notice, 
however, that goom seems to sync up with the music a lot better now as 
well.  I also had a problem where a piece of an effect would get "stuck" on 
the screen and various random flashes would start appearing after it (goom) 
was running for more than 10 minutes or so.  This also appears to have been 
fixed with the latest release (or the flags, or both).

Now if I could only figure out why 48 pt font is so small in 640x480 :-)
