[mythtv] [PATCH] audio track next from menu

I couldnt find one in the default menu you get when pressing M.
which means I couldnt do it with my remote. there are probably better ways
of doing this.
was fine with + on a system with a keyboard of course.
of course you can add dec as well as inc but for a minimum complexity addon
I just added inc track.
