[mythtv] [DEBIAN PATCH] updated diff for cvs as of June 13

Not sure if you (meaning Matt) are interested in intra-release changes 
but there was a recent update in setup/main.cpp which affects the 
debian diff. The offsets for settings.pro and libs/libmyth/libmyth.pro 
were off so I tweaked them for a clean patch.

The second hunk of the configure patch doesn't apply at all and I 
couldn't figure out what the debian version was trying to do so I 
lopped it off which may or may not be desirable.

I built debs successfully using this diff.
