[mythtv] don't autoexpire the show you are watching

I guess i miss-understood "preserve episode", that will only
stop the maxEpisodes from deleting the show...

any ideas on how to best do this? (block both autoexpire and
maxepisodes from deleting a show you are currenlty watching)
