[mythtv] Help with Debian Packages for 0.18.1

Is there a particular address where the packages are discussed? The .18 
plugins source debs were missing for a month despite an email to your 
personal address. If you're away or busy it's OK, no pressure, I just 
want to know my email isn't dropping into a bit bucket somewhere. Same 
comment for new releases, it'd be good to have some sort of 
announcement instead of hammering your webpage after every new myth 
release. I do appreciate your work, it just seems that the 
communication side could be better.
