[mythtv] Slow Live TV Start

[Harvard Pan]

I believe Isaac just checked in a fix from the ffmpeg cvs which resolves the 
long startup times. I tested it just now and it now takes less than 5 
seconds for live tv to start up. Thanks Isaac!
