[mythtv] mtd crashes while creating .iso file

I tried this functionality out for the first time since it got into 
svn, and I'm seeing the mtd crash too.  Although it seems to finish 
copying the disc most of the time and crash when it's finished as the 
copy thread is being cleaned up.  So far I've only seen it crash once 
while in the middle of copying, but I inadvertently had limit core set 
to 0 so I didn't get a backtrace.  I'll keep investigating.
