[mythtv] feature: recording multible channels with one dvb card

When recording TS instead of PS treams from a DVB-T card, my
understanding is that all channels on the transponder are recorded
(correct me if I'm wrong). In Sydney, Australia for example, channel 7
has multiple channels in the transponder, including SD and HD
variations of the same content. Sometimes HD content is upsampled from
SD, but a lot of prime-time shows are in true HD.

Would it be possible to watch a TS recording, and change to the HD
channel when needed?

Thanks!
