[mythtv] More dvb problems.

I get this often too with my Twinhan Visionplus DVB-T. At first
glance, it appears to be related to reception, since jiggling the
antenna around before the 15 seconds is over sometimes prevents it
from locking up. Usually, if it takes longer than 3 seconds to change
a channel, it will lock up in the next 12 seconds - that's when I
start jiggling the antenna cable, and it stops it from locking up 90%
of the time. However, the software should be more robust in that it
shouldn't just give up after 15 seconds (there are nasal sprays for
that these days .. hehe .. or the little blue pill :) )

At second glance, it may also have something to do with the DVB-T card
being sensitive to heat - reception gets worse as the card gets
hotter. Haven't validated this yet, but have noticed it when the
heater is on close to the mythbox ...
