[mythtv] Australia DVB playing problem...

I'm also in Australia. Changing from PS to TS made no difference. I did not
have the problem with 0.17. I only just upgraded to 0.18.1 and the problem
has just begun :(
I think there are two different issues with audio disappearing:
1. Single-audio-track channels (e.g. channel 7 which has MP2 only in Sydney,
Australia) appear to have two audio tracks when changing from
two-audio-track channels (e.g. channel 9, which has AC3 and MP2). The extra
audio channel is non-existant and so there is no audio when playing it back.
This appears to only happen in live tv mode (not recorded shows). Changing
from PS to TS has no effect.
2. Bad reception, or RF noise/interference (e.g. light switch, fridge
turning on/off, etc) corrupts DVB stream. Sometimes this stuffs up audio for
both live tv and recorded shows. For single-audio-track channels, pressing
+/- won't make a difference. For multi-auidio-track channels, pressing +/-
will change to the other track. Note that I always prefer AC3 audio, and
when the AC3 track is corrupt, MP2 is the fallback - this is not optimal!.
Changing from PS to TS also has no effect because I find that myth ALWAYS
records all audio tracks.
David Whyte's earlier post appears to be incorrect (at least from what I
see). Myth does not only record the primary audio track - it always records
both tracks, regardless of PS or TS. (correct me if I'm wrong too!!) :)
