[mythtv] FC4 and GCC4 compilation, GENERAL_REGS.

I kept getting this GENERAL_REGS error while trying to compile. I did a
little searching and there is a way to get past this. If you go into the
configure script and comment out everything that has MMX in it, all of the
"if" statements must go in order for it to compile.  I haven't had a chance
to test if mythtv will actually run without this option.
