[mythtv] mythplugins install folder

It's also very often happening on my pc. There's sometimes no chance
to tell the plugins to use the prefix. It just keeps installing in
/lib/mythtv and /share/mythtv.
It once worked for me after setting the prefix in both the configure
step and the qmake step (qmake PREFIX=/usr mythplugins.pro).
