[mythtv] set of subversion gentoo ebuilds

i've taken my cvs ebuilds and transformed them to subversion.
i'm not the first to do this - but i have now included all plugins and themes.
i've also fixed mythbrowser-svn so that it can handle kde installed anywhere 
(and 3.3 vs 2.4)

built them on two machines. a backend running kde 3.3 and a frontend running 
3.4

also attached it to #54 in trac so they exist on the web.
