[mythtv] Timestretch & AC3

If ac3_passthru is turned on, timestretch does not work. This makes sense,
since it would have to decode the AC3 to adjust the timing, then re-encode
the AC3 before sending it to the pre-amp.

If ac3_passthru is turned off, timestrech works great, even with Dolby
Digital audio streams.

I generally watch with a stretchfactor of1.0, and I always have ac3_passthru
turned on. Sometimes, however, I find myself watching a show that needs a
higher stretch factor. Easy enough, I thought, just have myth turn off the
do_ac3_passhtru flag if the stretchfactor is changed to something other than
1.0. Unfortunately, this does not seem to be sufficient -- all I get is
silence.

Can someone familiar with the audio code, tell me what is necessary to
reinitialize the audio handing when do_ac3_passthru is toggled?

Thanks,

John
