I've just been fiddling with this stuff myself.

Problems with nuvexport and Mythtv DVB Files:
 - Files seem to be mpeg PES Format, which avidemux2 can't handle
directly
==> run file through replex to let avi2demux handle them
correctly.
 - recoredemarkup for DVB doesn't have type 6 (MARK_GOP_START) entries
(at least on my system), which nuvexport tries to use to find the last
frame for the stream.
==> use type 9 instead. Again, I only have my system to compare
against and these are available.

since remux doesn't change the actual content of thestream, the mythtc
cutlists work just fine for the remuxed stream.

I've put changes that implement the two changes into the nuvexport
scripts, nuvexport-mpeg2cut works for my my DVB files.

Bye, Martin
