[mythtv] [PATCH] Cancel a recording when no free recorder for live tv

Ideally I'd like the option of either cancelling or watching, but I 
wasn't sure of the best way to present that to the user.

For me cancelling is the option I preferred because I have a low 
priority schedule to record the latest news every hour, so I've always 
got the latest news.

I'll see if I get a chance to implement both options this weekend & will 
submit.
