[mythtv] Two bugs that stop in-progress HDTV recordings

All,

Have tripped across a couple of bugs that will stop an ongoing HDTV
recording dead in its tracks

1) A change in the todo list - if from adding new stuff to be recorded
or just checking the list of upcoming recordings. This stops the
recordings but they are still listed as being finished at the
scheduled end time in the log, but the data file is truncated.

2) Watching another recording and hitting pause while recording is
 in progress.

I've been bitten by both of these resently - I suspect that the threading 
issues may not have been worked out completely. One could suggest that 
recording processes be forked off from the backend, which would avoid a bunch 
of issues (just need to keep the relevant card & channel locked).
