[mythtv] my mythtfilldatabase patch part trois

Pardon my ignorance, but how does one get the SOAP envelope?

That's the reason I thought this was needed in the first place.  If
I'm not using the same code MythTV is using to generate the SOAP
envelope, then we're maintaining knowledge of that format in two
places.

Am I missing something?
