I'm kind of a DVB newbie, but from my experience, the problem is this 
line:

2005-02-21 17:59:26.691 DVB#0 ERROR - Tuning for channel #1569 failed.

It's failing to get a lock on the channel you want to record. By default, 
the DVB code seems to go to the next channel that it can tune, and records 
that instead. Why that is, I can't say.. :)
