[mythtv] Backtrace: Goom segfaults

In the past I've tried to valgrind the code, yet for some reason it
sorta hung my box, in which after running valgrind (which hung on
startup of myth), my system was unstable, in that I could not get a
process listing.  The 'ps' would hang too.  Maybe someone else will
have better luck
