[mythtv] Missing features from 0.16 to 0.17

I just upgraded and it looks like some of the patches have been over
looked.

Before 0.17 I have been running the CVS version (0.16 + 3 weeks) and
0.17 is missing 2 items:

1.  In Watch TV/Watch Recording the menu does not have
    Closed Captioning.
2.  MythWeather does not have the animated map.

Also, that Timestretch (Time Compression) is very nice.  It should be
renamed.
