[mythtv] [PATCH] Allow Don't record and Never record...

...for recordings not currently scheduled to be recorded.  Some people 
really dislike long subject lines.

The attached patch adds the options "Absolutely don't record" and 
"Never record" to appropriate scheduled recordings like those that 
have conflicts or an earlier or later showing being recorded.  This 
allows one to sweep a subset of the scheduled recordings without the 
need to temporarily "not record" a recording that one doesn't want to 
manage currently and then clear that override when done modifying the 
recordings one intended to manage.

I hope that someone can improve the names of the new variables if applied.
