[mythtv] [PATCH] Let list view in MythVideo always honor parental level

After setting "Let list mode browse files" I noticed that it will no longer 
honor the parental level set for files found which are already in the 
metadata.

Attached patch adds a boolean to the buildFileList function which when true 
(only in the case for the video startup dir; not mountable media) will 
check each file found against the metadatabase.

It might not be the most optimal implementation or the nicest (it doesn't 
use the MetaData object), but it works :-)
