[mythtv] [patch]mythbackend status web page change

The attached patches do the following:
	 
1) Adds the ability to get the backend status in XML format by calling
http://<backendserver>:6544/xml (the original url still returns the same
html page)

2) Moves the html formatting into httpstatus.cpp.
	 
If these patches are committed to cvs, I will start work on an
integrated/themed status page for mythweb. 
	 
I do not have access to a DVB card, so I would appreciate it if someone
could please test the html page and new xml url to make sure they work
correctly.
