[mythtv] [PATCH] Sort episodes by Original Air Date

This patch adds the option to sort episodes by their Original Air Date.  
If the Original Air Date is unknown, it will use the date the show was 
recorded instead.

Note: The recorded database table will not have valid originalairdate 
information for any show recorded before this patch is applied.
