[mythtv] [PATCH] high speed smooth motion video

This was working fine from CVS a few days ago, but I checked out again
when 0.17 was released and now timestretch is nice and smooth but
ff/rew are back to the old "jumpy" video like they used to be.

Was smooth fast forward/rewind removed from CVS?
