Shouldn't this be handled a bit better? Putting in a sleep will most
likely annoy people who are trying to delete a bunch of programs at the
same time.

Couldn't you look at the "is being deleted" flag and just not display
those entries? Although personally I'd prefer to see something like
"Deleting..." and have the item disappear on the next refresh of the page.

What do you think?
