In "Default" or "All Programs", titleView is false so this code
isn't used. The test to check for a match is a few lines further
down where it checks chanid and starttime. This check is for when
the item has been deleted. It's checking to see if it 'over shot'
where oldprogramid should have been and stop with the focus on the
next item instead.
