zap2it adding new channels (was Re: [mythtv] Long list of suggestions)

Apparently this comes up at zap2it frequently enough that they asked it 
on their last subscription renewal survey.  I answered with "don't 
automatically add new channels to my lineup".  Hopefully zap2it will 
take this to heart and change this, or at least make it configurable.

I have the same issue with my Directv lineup.  Except that when I 
uncheck a channel I don't want it stays unchecked.  I haven't 
experienced what the earlier poster reported about unchecking channels 
and them coming back.
