At least your not alone.. I've also have this problem (but mine is not 
onboard graphics), it's a Nvidia FX5600 card. I got into prebuffering 
pauses almost immediately when I watch live tv (the prebuffer and the 
prebuffering flag alternates between 1-0, 0-1, 0-0 constantly).
