I wasn't blaming anyone, just expressing my frustration.  I should
have been paying closer attention.

What is the hold up?  The changes have slowed to a trickle.  There
could always be a 0.2.1 release for more fixes.

The ioctls were changed once before in the very early days.  It was
even worse because there wasn't any backwards compatibility.
