I've just realised that the HAVE_INTTYPES_H defines that I have to add 
to get MythMusic compiling on my machine were in the patch I cut.

You may want to remove them if no other users have reported this issue 
or there is another fix. Not sure if it would break for anyone (esp. 
different architectures), tho' I'm guessing it prob wont matter for 
older versions of the flac libs...
