[mythtv] bob deint issue with latest cvs

Without bobdeint, I get a sort of 'motion blur' effect and the video
generally looks a bit dull and 'filmic'. With bobdeint, there is no
motion blur and the video looks brighter and more 'TV-like'. The
difference is particularly noticable on anything with lots of
movement, e.g. sports or anything with a scrolling ticker.
