[mythtv] Another build error with current CVS

Nothing that kept it from building, thanks. It just built completely
for me from a distclean.

There are a bunch of "warning: `foo ...' defined but not used" 
messages scattered through the build.  But other than that it
built cleanly on my RH9 system.  I haven't actually tried running
it, yet.
