I changed this timeout from 20 seconds to 40.  Now I can reliable play my shows.

I have noticed that it takes anywhere from 10 to 28 seconds for a show
to start up.  28 seconds is a long time, but it is much better than
having to retry the PLAY command dozens of times to get a show to
start playing.
