This should have been fixed in 8291.  Are you sure you are uptodate on SVN?

Again, this should have been fixed in 8291.  I can't reproduce it. 
you'll need to send me the first 4 megs of the file if you want me to
debug further (assuming it really isn't fixed).  See my previous
message about the transcoder on what I need.
