Verified that "T2T" selects "CC2" and that it is 'not terribly
intuitive' =). It does not, however, display the "2" as it is typed.

While this sort of input may be important or necessary for teletext,
I have never needed anything other that CC1 for close captioning.
I believe that CC should not be treated the same as teletext here.

All the close caption choices are available from the on screen menu.
IMO the "T" should act as an 'instant' close caption rather than yet
another selection mechanism. I like that it would toggle the last
selection on and off but I would never need to enter anything like T100T
for CC. I'd rather not have to press twice and see the extra display
for something that I will never need to use (and could accomplish from
the menu if I did need some other selection).
