for such things as this) talking about Machine Learning for Commercial
Flagging (Something like a Neural Net, or the like).

Perhaps some changes could be made to the "Commercial Flagging" system
as it stands (A few stub calls, or an open API to add extra methods)
so other developers can see what data is currently used for flagging,
and tie their own experimental methods in (On their own dev boxen), so
extra commercial flagging "Engines" can be dropped in.
