[mythtv] MFE CPU usage 90%

I'm wondering if I should opening a ticket about the CPU usage of MFE jumping 
to 90-95% during playback using [8149]. It was previously never more than 
25%. These are mpeg2 (DVB) recordings using ffmpeg (standard) for playback.

Has anyone else noticed this problem?

I'm not even sure what the problem is nor how long this has been an issue. IF 
I open a ticket will it be shut because I can't supply a patch? What logs 
should be supplied if any?
