Does "ALL" mean that if the code detects ANY one of the conditions (e.g.,
logo detection), it marks it?  Also, how is logo presence/absence
determined?  Also, what does strict commercial detection do?

For most of our viewing, it works exceptionally well.  It's the
international channels that don't necessarily do well.  This is neat stuff,
