[mythtv] OS X: couldn't find theme

Probably due to this changeset:
  http://cvs.mythtv.org/trac/changeset/6993

I believe it changes the prefix to "../Resources" on MacOS X.

Can you fix this, or prod Tomas Edwardsson to fix it?
